Designing and helping guide the creation of detailed client-facing experience deliverables and specifications. Contributing to the creation of digital products and services for clients; sitemaps, wireframe and designs but also assist in customer and stakeholder research. Supporting the wider experience design team, assisting in the undertaking of experience design research, UI designs for digital products. Work closely and iteratively with both clients and internal, multi-disciplinary teams, defining the experience design foundation and building-blocks that helps the prospective client team conceptualize what’s possible through compelling solutions.
